This function takes no arguments.

## Returns

  An array of tracked Name, Priority, Function, and Thread records.
</ResponseField>

Records contain Name: string, Priority: number, Function: function, Thread: thread. The watcher cannot promise an exhaustive list of bindings made before it was installed.
